I was born and raised in San Diego, spending time in the Midwest where my family originates from a small farm just outside Bowling Green, Ohio. I grew up mainly in Chula Vista and consider that my favorite area to work since I know it like the back of my hand.

I was very fortunate to be born into a Real Estate family. My father, Terry L. Kazmaier, has been a Real Estate Broker for over 30+ years and has owned his own brokerage for 25+ years. You can say that I have been involved in the Real Estate industry my entire life. I remember going into my father’s office and acting like I owned the place, knowing one day I’d do the same. Or on occasion being caught with his work clothes, rather loose-fitting to say the least… My mother, Maria E. Kazmaier, spent time as a Sales Agent at Coldwell Banker West where she worked during the some of the hottest markets.

My Real Estate journey has been somewhat unique and unorthodox starting as a paperboy, learning through listening and peeking in on licensed agents doing their work. I later opened my own home improvement company doing small jobs for homeowners and Property Managers. At 18 I became an assistant Property Manager at TPMG Real Estate Services and once licensed I became a full-time Property Manager and later dived into sales. Although unorthodox, my path into Real Estate has prepared me to have a bigger picture image in the entire process and open my eyes to the entire the system that we work in. Integrity, Sincerity and Precision are my core fundamentals and they were instilled by my family and business associates.

Outside of Real Estate, I studied Finance at Southwestern College and graduated with my full GEDs and honor roll. I enjoy the San Diego outdoors and being able to travel. Music is one of my main passions and I enjoy learning topics in History and Philosophy.
